Music
"Music is defined as an artistic form of auditory communication incorporating instrumental or vocal tones in a structured and continuous manner." It is also defined as "any pleasing and harmonious sound" and "the sounds produced by singers or musical instruments." (Source: wordnet.princeton.edu) Music is part of our daily lives, we hear music everywhere; from the birds chirping outside our house to the radio on the way to work. People from different ethnic background has developed their own unique and very distinctive music sound. We play music to dance to, during celebrations such as christmas, new year and the like.
Music is so varied, there's folk music, pop, RnB, classical, soft rock, rock, heavy metal and many more. It really does cater for everyone's taste in music. I myself listen to RnB and pop music a lot but I have recently grown an appreciation to soft rock. I guess like like music evolving every dedace our taste in music also evolves. There's a definite differences in what the music are like in the 60s compared to music in the 90s, it's probably why they are called music of the 90's, 80's and so on. It seem like each decade there is a trend in how music artist write their songs.
People who have listened to the 80's music would say that it is the best decade in music. The lyrics are good and meant something compared to what we have now; songs like "My milkshake brings the boys to the club, it's better than yours." I mean come on. What happened to all the good lyricist?
Here's a sample of a good 80's music.
